On this issue, I'd like to reiterate what I said in an earlier post: citizens must be irrational idealists. They must demand nothing but the absolute best. Defending whatever mediocrity the government puts forward should be the government's job, not the citizens'.
One thing you must understand as a citizen is that the govt will never meet your expectations; you'll almost always get less. If you celebrate a keke ambulance today, tomorrow their consultants will come up with a modified wheelbarrow ambulance next.

Yusuf, no sane or someone with open mind, would accept transport of pregnant women in labour with Keke Napep as QUALITY CARE.
I’ve seen countless times when labour delivery are conducted in Keke Napep, wallahi it’s UNSAFE, UNHYGIENIC, and increases risks to both mother & child.
On the June 24 2025, Prince Adeniyi, the very clever 'con artist' got himself invited by the Presidency, (Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation) to be part of a foreign trip to Canada. And got the Perm Sec to sign the letter.

'If we allow the red cross to visit Palestinian prisoners, it will be a PR disaster' - Member of the Israeli Knesset admits. They clearly are worried people will see the torture dungeons.
The IMF dropped a bombshell on July 1st and many Nigerians missed it.
It said the government borrowed and spent a huge percentage of money without accounting for it through the budget.
That means, off the books.
Lagos Alpha-beta style.
He promised us electricity he failed.
He promised us security he failed.
He promised us better economy he failed
He promised us a fair democracy he failed.
The @NGRPresident has not addressed Nigerians on the allegations of bribes of N400m, N200m, a 48% bribe cut of a 2026 budget allocation release; all linked to Gbaja in the messy GbajabiamilaGATE.
People often approach him with expectations, believing that political office should come with unlimited access to government resources. When they realise he prioritises principles over patronage and substance over proximity, frustration sets in. Then the narrative becomes, “He didn’t help me.”
Mallam Nasir El-Rufai’s integrity is one of his most underrated qualities.
It’s a huge shame that the young Northern heads of various agencies are just content creators 🤦🏾♂️. What’s with all the arriving at the office videos, in a convoy and surrounded by a retinue of aides. Get to work you muppet!
