हमारे युवाओं और Gen-Z ने साबित कर दिया है कि वे दूसरे देशों के मुकाबले कितने अलग हैं। लाठी और आंसू गैस के बीच संयम, आक्रोश के साथ अहिंसक बर्ताव और दुख में साहस तथा संकल्प - यह भारत के डीएनए की ताकत है। ये बच्चे किसी बहकावे में नहीं आए हैं, वे हमारे अपने बच्चे हैं और देश के भविष्य की बागडोर संभालने वाले हैं। पुरानी पीढ़ी तो सिर्फ कुछ सालों के लिए केयरटेकर भर है।

हमें अब पारंपरिक राजनीति से ऊपर उठकर 'करुणामय शासन' (Compassionate Governance) की आवश्यकता है। करुणा दया या सहानुभूति नहीं, बल्कि दूसरों की पीड़ा को अपनी तकलीफ की तरह महसूस करके संवाद बनाना और निष्पक्ष समाधान निकालना है।

जब मैं दुनिया भर में करुणा के वैश्वीकरण (Globalisation of Compassion) के लिए कार्यरत हूँ, तो अपने देश की सरकार और समाज से भी यही अपेक्षा करता हूँ कि वे इन बच्चों के साथ तुरंत करुणामय संवाद और समाधान का मार्ग अपनाएं।

Urgent Safety Concern and Request for Immediate Resolution Regarding XUV 300 - Vehicle No: UK07 FL9744
Respected sir ,
I am Dr. Ankur Chauhan, and I purchased an XUV 300 on April 14, 2023, from your dealership in Meerut, UP. My vehicle number is UK07 FL 9744. I am writing to express my serious concerns about recurring technical issues and a recent safety incident that occurred with the vehicle.

Within 15 days of purchase, I noticed a noise coming from the steering wheel. After reporting this to the dealership, I was informed that it was due to a link rod problem. In January 2024, the link rod was replaced by your service team.

However, on November 9, 2024, while driving at a slow speed, my car's steering suddenly failed, causing the vehicle to become uncontrollable and crash into a divider. The impact also led to a burst tire. More alarmingly, the airbags did not deploy during the incident, which could have put my life in serious danger. Given that the airbags did not activate despite the impact, I am deeply concerned about the safety and reliability of this vehicle.

I work as an executive officer at Coal India in Parasia, Chhindwara, MP, and my daily commute depends on a reliable and safe vehicle. The failure of key safety features in this vehicle has put my life at risk, and I urge you to take immediate action.

I kindly request the following:
1. A comprehensive inspection of the vehicle to identify and resolve any underlying issues.
2. Replacement of any defective components, particularly those linked to the steering and airbag systems.
3. A formal investigation into why the airbags failed to deploy during this incident.
4. Appropriate compensation for the damage, inconvenience, and risk posed to my safety.

I expect a prompt response to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
