But 15% increment which goes up to 54k is low as compared to the average stipend of different states

In Assam, the stipend for the pg course is very much lower (47k ) than all states of India (nearly half of my home state UP i.e.90k). Even work load is too high.We are unable to manage our expenses.We feel inferior to our fellow PGmates of other states
