honestly don't know how to advise you on how to get his engagement anymore.

the core issue isn't the number of posts, how much content you spam, or how many private messages you send him to get a response.

focus on the quality of your content and the value your content brings to the community. I think that's the key to getting his or any other celebrity's engagement if you can do that.
