Given this slow pace, I actually think the proposalfor a Digital Asset Reserve could coincide with the peak of the bull run (within weeks or months of its launch). This would be surrounded by maximum hype due to the bill. It might sound ironic, since "all that money is expected to come in," but the market will have already priced it in by that time. The majority of the bull run will have been driven by this anticipation. Sure, Bitcoin and crypto might see a brief "pop" from the good news, but looking back, I’m willing to bet it will mark the top of the market.

🚨Breaking : David Sacks, Crypto Czar, Reveals U.S. Administration is Exploring Bitcoin Reserve

- David Sacks, who served as Donald Trump’s Crypto Czar, announced that the U.S. administration is exploring the possibility of establishing a Bitcoin reserve. A White House official confirmed that an internal working group, which includes cabinet secretaries, is evaluating this idea under the president's direction.

👉This process is still in the early stages, as some key officials are awaiting confirmation. While the Bitcoin reserve is being reviewed, discussions around a sovereign wealth fund are separate and will involve Secretary Ludnick once appointed. Further updates on the administration's Bitcoin strategy are expected in the coming months.

My opinion: It will take a long time (up to 100 days) to propose any sort of Bitcoin or digital asset reserve. It doesn’t seem urgent at all—partly because the government works slowly and partly because there doesn’t appear to be much energy or motivation to move quickly.
Here are some numbers: They have 100 days to proposea bill to Congress, meaning they might not even introduce it until May. The concerning part is that once proposed, it will have to go through both Congress and the Senate. On average, it takes 252 days for a bill to pass.
