@BillShanks My guess is because the personnel outperformed their play all year. Whole was greater than the sum of its parts. Which is the sign of a good coach. But also shows they need to mature and add talent to be consistent.

@CoryWoodroof47 I love this too. Seems like the highest floor hire that we could’ve gotten this off-season. Some team might strike gold with one of these young offensive coordinators, but I think we got a really solid coach here.

Matt Ryan and the new leadership have not shown to be dysfunctional. So why wouldn’t a two time NFL coach of the year be a good option? What specifically concerns you about him?

@DirtyBirdUnited @JosinaAnderson @DOrlandoAJC Two time coach of the year who never had a first round pick because his general manager traded all their first round picks and cap space to go get Deshaun Watson. I think he is a good coach who was leading an awful team with an awful GM.
