@HSBCUKBusiness Shame on you HSBC! After 1h, 27min waiting for you to answer the phone, you cut off. On other days 2 times 30 minutes. Before, 60 minutes plus. I can't pay my clients in Spain and Denmark! You are destroying businesses and still keep monthly charges. Disgraceful!!

@HSBCUKBusiness No it's not going well!! It took 3.5 hours in 4 attempt to get trough to pay my international clients and failed. Can someone urgently call me? This is terrible for my mental health, listening to repetitive tune and even not getting the result. Also it's damaging my business!
