@BenMPage @ranahuss Love this sentiment Ben. If we design for the most vulnerable, everyone can benefit. So often we design for the 80% which makes sense, I get it but it’s the same 20% that constantly miss out across every industry. What if we tried the 20/80 rule instead of the 80/20 rule?
