@MindflayedMon So, I guess it comes down to what sort of issues you feel you can address the best and love talking about. If you ask me, I'd like to know more about the smaller groups that are doing cool stuff, not the main stream stuff -publishers, podcasts, streaming, etc.

@MindflayedMon I've done this many times. It definitely can add spice to the game and have people more focused on the story than the winning and powers. If you want to do it, I recommend: do levels randomly and never more than 2 levels of difference. It's not for everyone. My group likes it.

@MindflayedMon @NWilhelmi is a DM I respect. More years than I have on the role, has awesome story design, is knowledgeable as a DM can be, and still, he recently went through a whole new training process to level up his game even more! Respect!

@OroroPro We are currently balancing that on our homebrew, with societies where women have very relevant stories and roles. Also, societies where there is no equality in that sense with male dominance or female dominance. We are trying to escape the Historical Western Stereotypes.

@Timelordswife We believe that Game Mastering is an art, and it is quite complex in nature because you must master: the human aspect of player management, the dramaturgical aspects of the story, plot, and setting, as well as being disciplined to manage things with organization and planning.
