It’s over. Italian Mario Roggero, 72 years old, has been sentenced to 14 years and 9 months in prison (and to a multi-million-euro compensation payout to the robbers’ families), effectively a life sentence at his age.

A hardworking, law-abiding man who worked for 49 years without a single crime on his record. Now he faces jail for killing the robbers who attacked his family.

He protected his wife and daughter from three violent thugs who had beaten and terrorized them. After yet another brutal robbery, he chased them into the street with his gun, killing two and wounding the third.

The shooting happened after the robbers had left the shop and were fleeing, which is why the courts rejected the claim of full legitimate self-defense.
However, Mario maintains that he feared they might return or that they had taken his wife.

This is the Italian justice system, a complete disgrace and a shameful failure.

Se rompió ese perverso mecanismo de intimidación. Durante años bastaba con llamar “ultraderecha”, “neoliberal” o “fascista” a alguien para expulsarlo de la discusión. Esa estrategia sucia ya no sirve ahora.

Los rojos construyeron su poder convenciendo a millones de que el Estado siempre era la respuesta. Milei convirtió esa afirmación en el principal objeto de sospecha y obligó a muchos a preguntarse si el problema no era precisamente el Estado.

Durante décadas, los zurdos se presentaron como los rebeldes. Ahora los papeles se invirtieron: el discurso antisistema ya no lo encarnan los zurdos, sino quienes cuestionan el tamaño y el poder del Estado.

El éxito de Milei dejó al descubierto la pobreza intelectual de buena parte de la Izquierda. Acostumbrada a descalificar personas, descubrió que eso no basta cuando se les obliga a dar argumentos.

Por eso el efecto Milei trasciende Argentina. No porque haya exportado un gobierno, sino porque exportó una idea: la de poner bajo sospecha un modelo (Estatismo) que durante décadas fue dado por incuestionable.

Utterly horrific.

A 38 year old woman was found on the side of the A12 near Maarsbergen, Netherlands.

She was found covered in blood, had two collapsed lungs, a broken shoulder blade and a broken nose.

Her front tooth was missing and one of her eyes sealed shut. She had deep welts around her neck and was covered in stab wounds.

The poor woman could not even walk.

The prosecutor has said that it was like something out of a “horror film”. And that they had never seen a living person in such a bad state.

So what happened to her?

This is the abbreviated name of a 52 year old man who has been accused of raping and torturing her at his house over a 7 day period.

He was caught when cameras saw his license plate and traces of blood and the DNA of the victim were found at his home. His phone also contained photos of the beaten victim.

The woman was made to sit under cold showers, a plastic bag over her head and a rope around her neck. She was nothing short of tortured.

She was then driven away from the house and thrown out of the car. It appears that the “El B” wanted to drive over her.

The woman was reported missing by her relatives.

“El B” has been charged with attempted premeditated manslaughter, deprivation of liberty and rape with violence. He does not sound like a Dutch man.

A 13-year-old Christian girl from Lahore, Maria Shahbaz, was abducted by 30-year-old Muslim Shahryar Ahmed. She was forcibly converted to Islam and married off to him.

Maria’s family tearfully pleaded that this was pure abduction and coercion, but the Pakistani court handed custody of the girl to the rapist Muslim kidnapper!

The European Parliament called it a serious human rights crisis and issued a clear warning to Pakistan: put an end to these extremist Islamic practices, or you will lose your GSP+ trade benefits and tax exemptions!

Depictions of the Prophet: Strong prohibition on images of Muhammad

Music: Many hadiths criticize instruments and certain music as haram or makruh; opinions can be total ban

Dogs: Dog saliva is considered ritually impure in most schools of Islamic jurisprudence. Keeping dogs as pets is discouraged or forbidden

Gays and homosexuality: Islam condemn it. Criminalized with severe penalties

Marrying a 6-year-old refers to the hadith accounts of Aisha’s marriage to Muhammad (betrothed at 6-7, consummated at 9). This is acceptable
