Cant believe the conversation I just had @Dyson customer service. Ordered a new cleaner yesterday, was given a delivery option for this afternoon. No delivery, called to be told that we were never going to get our delivery today! LOL We may get it tomorrow? #poorservice#unhappy

@Parcel2Go I managed to talk to a person or machine on your chat. Told me it was with parcelforce so called them and found it. They were very helpful and sorted it quickly as they have people you can talk to. Thanks for getting back to me.
