Before, when goku used blue + UI, he just said his cells/blood flow changed but he could still see it.

UI it's not just pure body reaction, it also comes with a ki use improvement as a whole.

After knowing that buu ain't coming he asks about ultimate gohan, so 1st form frieza already needed buu + ultimate gohan. Base goku alone defeats final form frieza.

Later in DBS CH. 32, the events of the same RoF manga were referenced by toyotaro as part of it++

Any base character that's even with base goku during or after RoF arc can beat all of DBZ characters while suppressed.

So after that, the RoF base form upscaling became part of the manga too.

So they could get them again right after wishing but only for 3 wishes, after that amount they turn into stones.

@SeventhStarSage Piccolo got 2 forms bc atm the entire point is to make everyone equal, gohan had his ultimate which in ToP became a form with ssj blue multiplier, then piccolo got is ultimate form too (yellow one), after that both piccolo and gohan got their ultra tier forms (orange and beast).

This isn't related to the potential ritual bc he was the one with the idea, this is related to orange form being a hidden power unlocking for piccolo just like gohan does when enraged+
