Scott, I've heard Sen. Murkowski on the Senate floor give a plethora of reasons why people can't register in Alaska... All because residents can't easily get to registration places. I offered a simple and what I consider to be a workable solution, namely, setup four or five mobile registration offices that can travel the state and register people. Basically if the problem is people's ability to get to registration offices, being the registration offices to the people.
