We need to use the correct language so people get how serious it is. I prefer to call bullying assault, for example. People get the point then.

There will be changes at HTH this year from how we did things before. We know change isn’t easy but don’t worry we are in this together. We now have one directional traffic in most of our hallways and you will see different types of signs giving directions throughout the building
