Saba Qamar always looks different in every drama, you can see the craft and effort behind each character she creates.
She’s in a league of her own.
She is looking beautiful in #Muamma
In some scenes she looks like a younger Rekha
#SabaQamar
Watched one episode after skipping ten episodes, Meri Zindagi Hai Tu is still as bad. What a waste of a good opportunity.
#MZHT
I was thinking the lead actors would fall in love and one of them would get Alzheimers or something, but it’s just boring and full of cliches.
#merizindagihaitu story makes no sense. Hania’s performance is really underwhelming. Bilal is sleepwalking through it. He really needs to create looks for his characters to look different.
The show is going to be a disappointment.
The nurse taking money from
Kamiyar, terrible representation of medical staff. Very irresponsible! It was a bad scene. The nurse answering her phone while she was with a patient? #merizindagihaitu
#mainmantonahihoon Sajal Aly truly shines in those quiet scenes with her expressions.
Humayun Saeed is not good at all, just one expression throughout.
#Pamaal first two episodes were soooo good! The direction, acting, photography, lighting, pacing, locations, music, costumes, emotions. Everything!! Hope the story continues to impress! Saba Qamar making the right choices as usual.
#Biryani is a hard watch. The story has barely moved in 15 episodes, it’s the same 6-8 people and repetition of scenes. Maamu is boring. Ramsha is ok. Khushhal needs to improve his dialogue delivery. L Wasti and S Gilani are doing well.
#mainmantonahihoon Saba Faisal and Nameer Khan are the only two people who stood out in the recent otherwise boring two episodes. All Mehmal & Manto scenes are a waste of time.
#JamaTaqseem Mawra is very good as the confused, lost newlywed girl in a new house. Her performance is subtle and nuanced, you would think she is a new actor. It is not a flashy, star performance that most experienced actors would deliver.
Talha is just Murad.
Saba, Faysal, Gohar and Junaid performed so well. Saba was especially brilliant in the scene where she visits the police station to register an FIR. Her eyes and body language convey her pain, trauma, determination, and the shame a victim is forced to confront. #CaseNo9
I have high expectations from Case No. 9 and it’s progressing well. A much needed departure from romantic family drama with a unique storyline focusing on a serious, sensitive topic. Hope the makers can maintain the quality and pace as the court case goes forward. A stellar cast.
I am trying to like MMNH but the whole Mehmal -Manto thing is cringe and inappropriate. The power imbalance between a student-professor dynamic is creepy. Sajal has picked another unlikeable character after DWGM, where it’s difficult to empathise or connect with her character.
#Humraaz Compelling first episode, interesting story. Feroze stands out in the intense scenes as usual. Zahid is looking good. Ayeza for some reason is going overboard. The dialogues about Feroze’s love for his brother are too repetitive- we get it, we know what’s coming next.
