Dear Mr. Draughtsman,
Thank you for applying for a position at our company.
We regret to inform you that we are seeking workers to exploit at this time by paying wages that parallel slave labour.
We wish you luck in all future endeavours.
Sincerely,
The Covid Marketing Team.
I'm considering turning my old Instagram account into a repost page for black artists.
Would anyone want to be featured?

Most times, if you don't lose hours of progress from their interruption, you actually lose the whole day.
In some cases, you can even spend several days trying to rebuild a rhythm for work that could have been completed in one day. Sigh...
It takes so much focus to work.
You just need a single phone call, or a person asking you a single question to destroy an hour of momentum that you've built-up. After that you have to spend the next hour trying to get back in the right mindset, but most times you can't at all
Wish I could just seal myself in an impenetrable room at times. That way, I'd know for sure that any failure to do work is solely on me.
It's not like you can blame the people who disturb you, cause they just think you can continue where you left off. But that's impossible.
