6months Pre Sea today means 3 months sitting at home, using mobile phone for learning. Only 3m in Training Institute.

Absolutely useless idea of Training. Unemployment multiplied with poor skills.

Unemployment Hits hard to young Trainee Seafarers after investing Lakhs of Rupees from Parents pockets. Personal debts are killing. Cascade effect is abuses of Human Rights at Sea and Ashore for Seafarers.

The officer and employees are there only enjoying there salary & if for any help.
If u call them they will treat like that you were a criminal,only opening daily new Marine Colleges and RPSL offices just for money

@PrasharSdp Yes Absolutely unemployment for fresher is continuously increasing because Many Ship owner stop indian seafarers including fresher also and they stopped C1D1 Visa also so DG should take action and continuously talk with Ship Owner and Crew Change...

@PrasharSdp Please talk about fresher Deck Cadet and Engine Cadet... Still people are didn't get jobs in anywhere. I am also selected by one company due to crona they had stopped indian training

As per verbal communication between top Management of many Shipping Companies, 50% of Indian Seafarers Onleave have been completely vaccinated. Most of the joiners go with Vaccination certificate.

Hope that we see 100% by End Sept 21.
