The actual problem is adjourning of matters and the abnormal gap between successive dates, usually months and sometimes may go upto years. Courts should insist quick disposal of cases.

Why⁉️
In UPSC we don't see this which is exactly 10%of total seats.

@cmpatowary @assamforest @mkyadava @himantabiswa @CMOfficeAssam Sir kindly look into the recruitment of ACF advertised way back in 2018. For 4 years, we aspirants have been waiting, but the case in Guwahati High Court is just dragging on and on with only new dates been given in each hearing.

@BhagawatiKr I have tried writing letters to Guwahati High Court, to the Forest minister and our CM, even visiting the forest minister personally, but to no effect. Completely disappointed.

@BhagawatiKr Yes very right. Everyone including the Guwahati High Court has totally forgotten about the candidates. They are behaving as if the candidates has nothing to do with it, whereas it is the aspirants who suffer the most.

@assamforest Respected Sir, please ask for a date for the final hearing of the case related to the recruitment of ACF which was advertised in 2018 and is pending in Guwahati High Court. All affidavits have been submitted by the Government 6 mnths ago. Pls resolve this matter at the earliest.
