@jamewils @MoHFW_INDIA The only way to get an estimate of actual numbers is to compare death certificates issued in corresponding months between 2019, 2020& 2021, district by district. Or records of cremations & burials might be slightly better as some may not bother getting a death certificate

Only interested in creating a paper record of customer service. Actual service is terrible. And your call center is the worst. Deliberately disconnecting and never calling back

@HPSupport worst customer service ever. Faulty equipment sold and customer made to run to get it repaired. Laptop less than a year old. I demand a replacement or legal actio n will be initiated

Customer called my husband again today and when I narrated the whole story, I was asked to email video proof that my laptop is crashing 🤦🏻‍♀️🤬 and the email sent by cust care was a no-reply address. After rebooting my laptop is slow and laggy and still crashing.

@HPIndia my laptop keeps crashing. You have the worst customer care I have ever encountered. Spent 30 mins on the phone speaking to 5 different persons, telling the same story. Wasn’t able to raise complaint. The shop who sold me the laptop raised a complaint for me

Useless customer care kept calling my husband who is listed as alternate contact & did not contact me at all in spite of repeatedly being given my number. I finally got through to customer care & did a windows reboot with the help of tech support. It is still crashing
