Only @SamsungUS could deny my Galaxy Ring warranty, want me to pay, and then not give me a way to pay, so that the unrepaired product is shipped back to me. Support calls just hold an drop my calls, chat support can't figure it out. @RingConn_ I'm headed your way.

@SamsungUS Still has my #GalaxyRing, they killed my warranty. They want $107 for the repair, but won't even answer my call. "HEAVY CALL volume. There are NULL customers ahead of you and your wait will be NULL minutes"

Your support is broken. Time to find a new vendor.

@SamsungUs I highly advise not buying a Samsung xGalaxyRing if your actually active. Wearing it through running and any workouts can cause a sensor to break off, device drains in 24 hours, and it voids your warranty. Guess #GalaxyRing should only be left on a shelf to admire

@boschusa Your service is by far the worst service I have encountered in my 48 years on this planet. My 3 week old dishwasher Broke 12/11/2024. It's 2/21/2025 and it's still not fixed. Repair didn't have the parts. Owned a dishwasher dir 3 months, broken for all but 3 wks.

@SamsungUS Well now that you are refusing to honor your warranty on my Galaxy Ring which stopped charging, I think I'm just done with the brand. 7 galaxy phones I've owned since 7 edge. Galaxy Book, 2 Watches, buds. Guess I'll find a new manufacturer who will back their warranty.

@SamsungUS Your support, unlike your product is complete trash. I'm trying to get my Ring repaired since it no longer holds a charge, and your website won't let me click submit on my repair. Not in Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
