I've shared this before, but I'm gonna share it again. I had this piece of artwork showing Sam looking at the star in Mordor commissioned by @Drawingsworth because I couldn't find any good portrayals of the scene, which is one of my favorites in all LOTR.
Bears repeating, I think:

@ELIOLIart Before I begin a new scene in my webcomic I almost always start by throwing together a model in Sketchup. It's pretty easy to make your own, but the 3D warehouse has definitely come in handy!
@paigecoffer NOO! Florida roaches are the worst. I was about to say VA roaches don't compare... but then I flashbacked to one landing on me while I was in bed, and really there is a level of terror that any roach is capable of inflicting.
