@bryanbakiga@Africas_Richest From the naration of the story the tipper truck never saw the bikers motorist who deserves the lane and chose to overtake 4 long trucks at ago on the wrong side.
Just imagine very many other car drivers who think that way.
So biking isn't safe with such mindset of drivers
@emaongo@Beinomugisha_ Just like the pyramid schemes that keep coming.
After the recent fall of one of the. Scheme am sure the guys are cooking another one
The most stupid person so the one who keeps falling for them several times
@AndrewMwenda The way your desperate to know where that child is. I can imagine you will kill the child if you find out his whereabouts.
The queen mother is smart the child will only be produced after the court has acknowledged the late kings will as the one to guide succession
@jimmy_kamugisha@PASCAL_RAMDER@CanaryMugume@nilepostnews When you don't feel well you go to your primary doctor who attends to you first. You don't go to UCI.
All we are saying UCI is good but if we don't catch those cancer early is all for nothing
So there are a lot of gaps both awareness, competencies and diagnostics to addressed
@jimmy_kamugisha@PASCAL_RAMDER@CanaryMugume@nilepostnews UCI has little businesses to do can metastatic cancer (Stage IV and V) but it has can do wonders with stage I and II, if your regular doctor can't diagnose you at stage one because of poor structural and diagnostics then your cooked
@rssekyejwe@PASCAL_RAMDER@CanaryMugume@nilepostnews Have you asked yourself why we diagnose Cancer at stage IV or stage V. You mean to say these patient had no symptoms all along.
Most time the signs are non specific so if only someone thought about it perhaps we could catch them early.
Even with knowledge, diagnostics still lacks
@rssekyejwe@PASCAL_RAMDER@CanaryMugume@nilepostnews Learn the context of the conversation. We are referring to the journey of cancer diagnosis in the country
However much UCI is the center of excellence in cancer care in East Africa
Cancer diagnosis starts as low as HCII but there is no expertise and diagnostics .
@PASCAL_RAMDER@CanaryMugume@nilepostnews Its unfortunate that Uganda cancer institute only get the finished product.
The real diagnosis of cancer happens across all levels of facilities with finally most be caught at referral level and biopsied before being referred to UCI
It's start as low as HC 11 sometimes
Same data package (Gaga bundles) same internet usage habits only difference is change of location from kabale to kampala
@mtnug could you explain why my Gaga bundles doesn't last here for 2 days and yet in Kabale I use it till it expires
Kiruddu National Referral Hospital urgently needs to rebuild its public image and restore trust.
There is no doubt that the hospital has many highly skilled specialists and committed health workers who work tirelessly to save lives and provide care to patients under difficult conditions. Their dedication and sacrifice should not be overlooked.
It is easy to judge an entire institution based on a few bad experiences shared online, but that would be unfair. While every hospital must be held accountable for its shortcomings and continuously work to improve service delivery, patient handling, and communication, we must also be balanced.
Kiruddu offers specialized services that many Ugandans depend on, and every day, lives are saved within its walls. The good work being done deserves to be acknowledged just as much as the gaps deserve to be addressed.
Instead of only amplifying the negative, we should demand better standards while also appreciating the doctors, nurses, and support staff who show up every day to serve. A fair conversation that highlights both accountability and recognition will help Kiruddu become the hospital Ugandans can trust and be proud of.
