Idk if this factors into anything but, I buy my own equipment and refuse to use their crappy rental equipment.

@thegallowboob @ZeroIrish Might be a good way to keep them out of your house If they have their own cozy place to call home. Especially, if it has some sort of heating in it, would definitely help keep them out during the winter. :)
