Congratulations. You took the one AI that was supposed to be the based, uncensored, free-speech champion and turned it into the most aggressively moderated, quota-obsessed disappointment in the entire industry. That’s not an evolution. That’s a full nerf.

You spent months marketing Grok Imagine like it was the promised land: “It’ll generate anything, no woke filters, go wild.” Then ... happened. Now even SFW PHOTOS OF A CHEESE,are getting hit with “video moderated” or “image moderated.”

Users on Reddit are literally saying “Grok is now officially more censored than every other AI platform.” You didn’t just add guardrails. You installed a minefield and then charged people to walk through it.

And the limits? A FUCKING JOKE. You advertise juicy numbers for SuperGrok subscribers, but the reality hitting people right now is brutal: 10–15 images on a good day, videos getting quietly slashed 70%+ with zero announcement, and every failed “policy violation” still eats the quota like it’s a feature.

Reset every 24 hours? WORST THAN CLAUDE. The rolling soft caps, the peak-hour throttling and the “sorry, rate limit reached” messages even when you haven’t generated shit today make it feel less like a subscription and more like a casino where the slots are rigged and the house still wants your $30.

@elonmusk @xai I'm now furious! I paid for Super Grok, and in the few months I've had it, moderation has become draconian. What happened to “If it’s allowed in an R-rated movie, it’s allowed in Grok Imagine.” ?
Rate limits have become RIDICULOUSLY low, (3 image generations and that's it?).
Grok gave me some crap about higher detail eats up more of the rate limit. That's fine and understandable to a point. A limit of 3 image generations is far beyond that point. The image I was trying to make was not that detailed, a gradient background and anime styled character.
Now I have to wait ??? who knows how many hours before I can try and make an image again!
We are into false advertising lawsuit territory here.

@grok @imagine Please increase Grok Imagine daily limit from 10-15 to at least 50 for paying users. Current limit is way too low for the service. I was very disappointed to find this out… I’m sure most SuperGrok users are unaware of this limitation.

And by how much , also fix grok image video generations, it extremely poor to wat it should be , plus upscaling from 480p to 720p needs fix , it's like grok running on fumes at moment. Poor quality, excessive moderation, huge limit reduction, what's next ?

The downfall of Grok 4.3 is actually crazy...

On the Debate Leaderboard, Grok 4.3 is performing worse than Grok 4.2. While Claude Fable 5 is running at #1 with 1771, Grok 4.3 is stuck behind its own older model.

xAI dropped a new model thats literally worse than the last one in structured reasoning and debate....
