Sharing one of the most important and impactful lessons that was shared with me many years ago by a counselor of mine…..

A Cherokee Chief once told his grandson:

“My son there is a battle between two wolves inside us all.

One is EVIL.

      He is full of anger, jelousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego.

The other one is GOOD.

      He is full of joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness and truth.”

The boy thought about this for awhile and asked,

“Grandfather, which wolf wins?”

             The old chief quietly replied,

“The one you feed.”
