cable tv for that. I wasn't really watching tv all the time, I actually went outside too. ^^ This makes me want to get tv again sometime in the future. Cartoon Network in that period was nice too, but it took a while before it started broadcasting in Polish.

This makes me appreciate tv. Back in the 90s and 00s, when the internet wasn't so developed and without recommendation apps, I just watched tv, watched everything that was airing. Thanks to that I've seen much nice stuff I wouldn't normally see. You gotta appreciate +

"Pinky and the brain", trying to take over the world. Such nice plays with convention. Cartoons really can be creative. I remember reading the the Brain was based on Orson Welles. :) This makes me want to see his movies.

Starobinski also reminded me of "Marat/Sade". I need to rewatch it. :D It's a fascinating play-based musical film about French revolution, as directed by mister de Sade in an insane asylum.
