@bibliophilesbkm I just think they weren't right for each other anymore because of the experience they'd been through and what they each needed to heal. Tamlin needed constant comfort and stability while Feyre needed to be active in the conflict and feel she had control. They didn't work anymore.

@bibliophilesbkm I loved Tamlin in ACOTAR, but really disliked his treatment of Feyre in book 2. HOWEVER. I think we need to remember that he's dealing with some severe PTSD. Feyre isn't the only one. Does it make his behaviour okay? Absolutely not, but you can't blindly villainize him.
