Each Tuesday I will be running my group at The Ffwrnes from 5:30pm

@Tesco I’m currently paying £7.99 each month for delivery service yet I’m unable to get a slot for one until 15th November this is during the day while I’m at work so the next slot that would work for me isn’t until the 24th November. How is this acceptable?

@ArgosHelpers As always @Argos_Online very poor customer service. The Watch is an Argos only item it’s the Tiddler range. I took dvds back to hmv without any proof and they happily exchanged them. It’s a shame Argos doesn’t have this same ethos

@ArgosHelpers I was happy to exchange the item because I didn’t have the proof of purchase. However I expected to receive a full refund. Not the lowest price for the item.

@ArgosHelpers That isn’t possible. It was a Christmas gift. Regardless of that the item was faulty and under the Consumer Rights Act I the right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

As always @Argos_Online you never fail with poor customer service. Brought watch whic was faulty, returned it as received apart from the clear plastic sleeve. Would only give £8.99 exchange and it’s £9.99 in catalogue
