Moving forward, Osun State needs to evolve into a manufacturing and industrial hub rather than relying heavily on entertainment and civil service. We need to attract and develop manufacturing companies, deliberately grow the tourism industry, starting with Erin-Ijesha water fall, and build the capacity to process and refine our own mineral resources instead of exporting them in their raw form.
We also need to invest heavily in transportation infrastructure, particularly railway networks, starting with Oke-Fia, and a functional airport to facilitate the movement of people, goods, and investors.
If properly planned and executed, these investments can transform Osun’s economy, create jobs, attract both local and foreign investment, and position the state as a major economic hub in the Southwest.
I can’t wait to see Osun and Oyo competing in the production sector. Osun has gold, Oyo has lithium, and both states have fertile land with enormous agricultural potential. Lagos can continue to serve as the commercial and financial hub, while Osun and Oyo focus on increasing production, processing raw materials, manufacturing, and supplying goods to the wider market.
That is the kind of economic ecosystem the Southwest should be building: Lagos as the commercial hub, Osun and Oyo as major production and industrial centres, and all three states benefiting from a stronger, interconnected regional economy.

Una don finally realize say this dating pool no be swimming pool again… na battlefield. The old people might have been onto something after all. 😂😂
I don’t know why, but I naturally get along better with women in their mid-30s than those in their 20s.
The conversations tend to be more meaningful, they know when to speak and when silence says more.
Now, the ones I’ve met in their 20s? 😭 Ahh… too much mind game, too much manipulation. Sometimes I just wonder if peace is illegal at that age. 😂
@AssegaiConsult@AfricaFactsZone Sanctions… Iran faces severe economic sanctions, mainly from the United States, which limit its ability to export oil legally…Since 2018, Iran’s oil exports plummeted due to restrictions on banking and shipping transactions..
