Most agencies are getting destroyed by Andromeda right now...
1. CPMs climbing.
2. Hook tests collapsing.
3. Ad sets fatiguing in 30 days.
4. Creative variation advice that's difficult to sustain.
I put together a 36-page doc on the full system I'm using to keep my own agency profitable post-Andromeda.
Comment "META" and i'll send it over.

What Meta finds when you optimise for:
Leads → people who fill forms but never book
Page views → people who scroll, not buy
Applications → tyre kickers
Engagements → likers
Qualified schedules → buyers
Full breakdown here:
Web Panda's founder came to me stuck in a place a lot of agency owners know well:
1) Selling low-ticket SEO at $300 a month
2) Acquiring clients through cold email and SMS
3) Constantly chasing the next deal just to stay even with churn
So the first thing we did was rebuild the offer…
We took the local SEO service he was already delivering and repositioned it as a 90-day high-ticket sprint for plumbers specifically.
And the promise was simple, we'd get them to the top 3 of Google in 90 days or keep working until we did.
Same delivery he was already good at, just packaged for clients who could actually afford it.
These would be higher revenue plumbers, not the $500k a year guys who would complain about every $300 charge.
Then we built the full paid ads system around it:
Video ads scripted from sales call objections, a proper VSL landing page, an application form that filtered out unqualified leads, and a pre-call nurture sequence to warm prospects up before the actual call.
We tested 15+ different ad creatives before finding the winning formula.
Most died inside the first 5 days, but once we got the winner we scaled it fast.
The result was 3 clients signed from $3,500 in ad spend, with a CAC under $1,200.
That's $10k a month in new recurring revenue from a 90-day sprint.
And the system is now in place to keep compounding for as long as he runs it.
The biggest "unlock" for him wasn't even the ads though.
It was the shift from low-ticket SEO to a real high-ticket offer that justified the acquisition cost in the first place.
Without that, no amount of paid traffic was going to scale you.
A lot of long term business success comes down to cycling through enough people over the years to filter for the top 1% that are all savages and love working together. Then the goals you go after just get bigger and bigger. And you add a winner or two every year. And never stop.
Whatever you do, don’t be the guy who gives up at the exact moment when you should be fighting with everything you have.
You’ll make it through either way, but there’s only one way you’ll look back and be proud of yourself.
If you don’t achieve your goals, you’ll feel bad that you didn’t achieve them.
If you do achieve your goals, you’ll feel bad achieving them didn’t make you feel good.
