Tomorrow, Primfeed will be publicly accessible.

On May 16th, I've asked you, Second Life residents, if you would like to see a safe place to share your thoughts and pictures because no place existed so far for us.

In less than 24h, hundreds of residents filled the form, to share their experience, and say "Yes, let's go". It was an overwhelming positive experience for me, I'm so grateful to have been able to live something like this.

I've started right away to work on the first line of code, but I had to find something that will probably matter the most, the name, something that will bring us together under the same identity. I wanted a reference to Second Life because this is what Primfeed is all about, us.

Primfeed came up perfectly. Prim is a nice reminder of where everything started in Second Life. Creating a prim in a sandbox was probably one of the first actions you would do back in the days when you were playing Second Life, and I liked that bit of nostalgia.

One month later, here we are, on the day before the release of what you made possible. Words wouldn't be enough to express how grateful I am to have your trust to build our next home.

Primfeed is far from being complete, but I do believe that there are enough features to be a stable and enjoyable experience. Primfeed will keep improving over time, based on your feedbacks.

I truly hope you will enjoy Primfeed has much as I did working on it.
