🚨 Breaking News: RuneScape 3's richest known player "Refund" was falsely banned for over 1 Trillion +. This was an automated permanent ban, with no option for appeal.

The ban occurred after the victim "Refund" engaged in a swap exceeding 100 billion with another player. Unknown to them, the other player was using an alternate account for real-world trading (RWT).

The other player was correctly banned after the trade, but the victim was incorrectly Permanently Banned with No Appeal.

Swapping is an activity explicitly allowed by @RuneScape. RSN "Refund" is still permanently banned to this day.

Feedback on the Hero Pass, if the team would be open to taking some of it on or having a discussion about it:

- Unlike a yak track you can kind of hide away and ignore, this feels a lot more 'in your face'. Would love a way to hide it completely for those who don't want to participate.

- Overall length of the event and hours needed to complete: this seems very borrowed from the yak track, where to complete this to 120 you would need to do every single daily challenge, as well as over three(!) hours of skilling every single day, for the entire 90 days. For most players, that's completely unattainable without buying bonds, which feels really bad, especially when a lot of your playerbase strives to complete every piece of "content" no matter what it is.

- I agree with what others have said about the gameplay buffs, these ones in particular seem mostly minor, but it sets a very spooky precedent. The expectation that these will get worse and worse is based on how the yak tracks went (they used to be easy and fun, and then they got grindy to the point that you'd never finish one without buying bonds, desirable rewards used to be placed in the 30's - ex. sunshine animation, and by the end they were always at the very end).

From a pvm side as soon as any of the buffs have anything to do with damage output or drop chance, that's basically game over. If the goal of the damage reduction is to get more players to do the Zamorak boss, you'd be a lot better off removing the 15~ hour dungeon grind that players have to do, just to be able to start learning it.

Overall: I'm still hopeful that with more communication and taking on feedback this can end up being better than a yak track, but presently it feels pretty ungood, from my POV.
