#BCE Wow, a buy just went through for 49m shares, bought at a price above the quoted spread. Looks like someone may have heard some whispers. Who knows?

#TRAF. For the Company, this was all great news. The loan of £905K has been redeemed. It has now been loaned a further £100k, but the loan is again to Mr Johnson, and is again on reasonable terms (via CLNs).

#TRAF. Then, for good measure, Mr Johnson then loaned the proceeds (£100k) to the Company in return for further loan notes. So he is also heavily invested.

#TRAF. Mr Johnson then sold the shares he had taken at 0.4p for 0.044p. Half were taken by the CEO and 10% were taken by another director. So lots of skin in the game for the directors.

#TRAF This one is moving all of a sudden. V v low Mcap. Look at the recent RNS on 27 March 2024. Chris Johnson (one of the directors) converted over £900k of loan notes he held, at a price of 0.4p per share. NB Not 0.04, but 0.4p.

This share was 4p just one year ago. The last placing was in December 23 at 0.6p, and there were also warrants issued at 1p. The SP has further to go from here, which is currently far too low.

@Robin25461631 @ROAD_RealEstate Robin, my thoughts precisely. The CSS stake is 61.4.% of the shares; CGV Ventures recently paid £7.5 m for 10% of CSS; so ROAD’s holding can be valued at £45.75 m. The value of CSS has been increasing rapidly in the last 12 months, and no reason to think it will not continue.

#aym The value of AYM's 12% of Labrador is now worth £4.85m. Not bad, since our total MCAP at £13.57m. ie it is just over one third of the value of the whole of AYM.
