Honestly devil dog I feel you, a big issue I’ve had over the years is time it takes for things to get done I’d still hire artists for the more complex stuff but I got sick of sinking money into bad artists who don’t complete tasks in the window of time really fucks up the plan, I personally use AI to help get my concepts on paper and story board, but bad artists are just pissed because soon they have to put the fries in the bag.
