Margaret Thatcher replaced Domestic Rates with Council Tax.

Under Domestic Rates if your house was worth 100x the average you paid 100x the average.

Under Council Tax it is capped at 3x, so people in Castles hardly pay more than you.

Tax the rich bring back Domestic Rates.
