@TSB The fraud team are utterly hopeless! They can't tell me which account was compromised, they can't tell me who the money was to be paid to.
Social media is the only way know i can let others know how bad this bank is!!
@TSB woke this morning (5am) with a request to approve a payment of Β£100 to a vendor (I can't remember the name.. it was 5am!)
Obviously I refused this, cancelled my cards (all of them, as the poor app doesnt advise the card), and raised an issue on the app with the fraud team!

All cards were cancelled, could have been just 1. But you cannot discuss my account with me!

This is my account, how are you unable to discuss my account with me? What security measures does an account holder have to pass to discuss there own accounts?

Your Customer Relations team works Mon-fri 9-5 so that's no use for tonight!

Id honestly love to know what protocols are in place, where you are unable to advise a customer of over 30 years on which account was compromised
