I’ve been trying to find good analogies for this.

The argument seems to be: “AI is intelligent because it does intelligent-like things, therefore it is cope to say it’s not intelligent.”

Some analogies:

- “The moon is really bright. Therefore it is capable of luminance.” Here of course we expose a manner of speaking. The moon reflects the sun’s light. The models reflect our own intelligence. The moon will never be a star.

- “A snail on the bed of a tow truck is really fast. Look, it’s moving from A to B at 60mph, it’s clearly fast.” But of course the snail is borrowing the truck’s velocity.

Notice how there is no controversy in calling the technology large language models because the term is perfectly apt: a map of language. This points to language as constructed by humans as the true source of magic, and LLMs being algorithms that can traverse this map at light speeds.

Before you think I’m being pedantic, understand that the nature of the words we use is precisely what’s at stake. That the moon *looks* bright is incontrovertible. Insisting however that the moon itself has any concept of inherent luminance is when you start to gaslight people into deranged realities that they will not stand for. Attempting to appropriate ageless conceptions like consciousness and intelligence to corporate technology by playing axiomatic word games is insanity.

Large language models do what they do and this is non-controversial. Personifying it with human-like attributes however is totally uncalled for, when it is easy enough for us to define new words that better capture the phenomenon.

I’ve been thinking long and hard about this and I think a good phrase for these technologies can be—hear me out:

1. Hindari menyerang individu, fokus pada kebijakan.

2. Hindari tuduhan langsung.
❌ “Mereka sengaja merugikan rakyat.”
✅ “Menurut penilaian saya, kebijakan ini berpotensi berdampak merugikan.”

3. Hindari bahasa merendahkan.
❌ “Keputusan tolol.”
✅ “Keputusan ini kurang berbasis kajian yang memadai.”

4. Hindari ajakan provokatif atau mobilisasi emosional.
❌ “Lawan sekarang.”
✅ “Perlu pengawasan publik dan diskusi yang lebih serius.”

5. Hindari klaim faktual dan penyebutan nama tanpa rujukan.
❌ “Institusi A selalu gagal mengelola kebijakan ini.”

6. Hindari kritik yang mengarah ke SARA.

LARAS HARUS BEBAS!!
Secara pribadi saya terus mengamati dan mengikuti bagaimana para aktivis demokrasi dikriminalisasi. Salah satunya Laras Faizati Khairunnisa ditangkap pada 1 September 2025 dan mulai ditahan sejak 2 September 2025 di Rutan Bareskrim Polri (kemudian dipindah ke tahanan jaksa dan rutan lain selama proses persidangan).

Penahanan berlangsung lama (sekitar 4 bulan hingga akhir Desember 2025). Ia ditahan dengan dakwaan pasal pasal yg sanksi pidananya rata rata di atas 5 tahun. Inilah kedzoliman dan ketidaktepatan penerapan pasal yang dipakai menjerat terdakwa. Pasal-pasal yang dituduhkan (dakwaan berlapis dari jaksa):

Pasal 45A ayat (2) juncto Pasal 28 ayat (2) UU ITE (penyebaran informasi elektronik yang menimbulkan kebencian atau permusuhan berdasarkan SARA atau kelompok tertentu). Penggunaan pasal ini salah besar krn kerusuhan Agustus itu gak ada hubungannya dengan provokasi dan peristiwa SARA. Pakai pasal 28 ayat (2) ini sudah ngawur.

Kemudian penggunaan Pasal 48 ayat (1) juncto Pasal 32 ayat (1) atau (2) UU ITE, perubahan, perusakan, atau penyembunyian informasi/dokumen elektronik secara melawan hukum) ini juga salah. Pasal ini ditujukan larangan pada para hacker, bukan aktivis demokrasi. Tidak ada perbuatan mengubah informasi elektronik yg dilindungi UU ITE oleh aktivis demokrasi seperti Laras ini. Logis kalau akhirnya UU ITE tdk bisa dipakai dalam dakwaan dan tuntutan jaksa. Kasihan sekali mereka dikriminalisasi dengan penggunaan pasal pasal yg salah penerapan seperti ini.

Lalu ada lagi yang dipakai yaitu Pasal 160 KUHP (penghasutan secara lisan atau tulisan untuk melakukan perbuatan pidana atau melawan penguasa umum). Dan Pasal 161 ayat (1) KUHP (penyebaran tulisan/foto yang menghasut melakukan kekerasan atau perlawanan terhadap penguasa).

Tuduhan utama berasal dari unggahan Instagram Story Laras pada akhir Agustus 2025, saat demonstrasi berujung kerusuhan (termasuk kematian seorang ojol dilindas kendaraan polisi). Unggahan itu dianggap menghasut massa untuk membakar gedung Mabes Polri dan menyebarkan kebencian terhadap institusi Polri.

Ingat kerusuhan terjadi adalah setelah ada kematian Driver Ojol, Affan Kurniawan yg secara dramatis terlindas mobil rantis polisi. Jadi yg membuat marah demonstran itu ya kematian Affan ini. Artinya kerusuhan penyerangan kantor polisi itu dikarenakan adanya kematian driver ojol. Bukan karena provokasi konten dari aktivis.

Sementara pasal 161 KUHP itu adalah Delik Materiel, Jaksa harus membuktikan kebenaran bahwa munculnya kerusuhan itu benar2 dikarenakan tulisan atau ujaran terdakwa. Ini yang tidak masuk pasal yang didakwakan tersebut.

Cuma aparat sering asal pakai pasal pidana yang mendekati, walau sebenarnya norma larangannya tidak memenuhi unsur. Karena itu sudah sepantasnya hakim membebaskan Laras Faizati dan terdakwa lain yang kasusnya juga adanya kriminalisasi yang hampir sama, dengan penggunaan pasal pasal yg tidak tepat.

BREAKING: The $610 Billion AI Ponzi Scheme Just Collapsed

Last night at 4pm EST, something unprecedented happened. Nvidia stock rallied 5% on earnings, then crashed into negative territory within 18 hours. Wall Street algorithms detected what humans couldn’t: the numbers don’t add up.

Here’s what they found.

Nvidia reported $33.4 billion in unpaid bills, up 89% in one year. Customers who bought chips haven’t paid for them yet. The average wait time for payment stretched from 46 days to 53 days. That extra week represents $10.4 billion that may never arrive.

Meanwhile, Nvidia stockpiled $19.8 billion in unsold chips, up 32% in three months. But management claims demand is insane and supply is constrained. Both cannot be true. Either customers aren’t buying or they’re buying without cash.

The cash flow tells the real story. Nvidia generated $14.5 billion in actual cash but reported $19.3 billion in profit. The gap is $4.8 billion. Healthy chip companies like TSMC and AMD convert over 95% of profits to cash. Nvidia converts 75%. That’s distress level.

Here’s where it gets criminal.

Nvidia gave $2 billion to xAI. xAI borrowed $12.5 billion to buy Nvidia chips. Microsoft gave OpenAI $13 billion. OpenAI committed $50 billion to buy Microsoft cloud. Microsoft ordered $100 billion in Nvidia chips for that cloud. Oracle gave OpenAI $300 billion in cloud credits. OpenAI ordered Nvidia chips for Oracle data centers.

The same dollars circle through different companies and get counted as revenue multiple times. Nvidia books sales, but nobody actually pays. The bills age. The inventory piles up. The cash never comes.

AI company CEOs admitted it themselves last week. Airbnb’s CEO called it vibe revenue. OpenAI burns $9.3 billion per year but makes $3.7 billion. That’s a $5.6 billion annual loss. The $157 billion valuation requires $3.1 trillion in future profits that MIT research shows 95% of AI projects will never generate.

Peter Thiel sold $100 million in Nvidia on November 9. SoftBank dumped $5.8 billion on November 11. Michael Burry bought put options betting Nvidia crashes to $140 by March 2026.

Bitcoin, which tracks AI speculation, dropped from $126,000 in October to $89,567 today. That’s a 29% crash. AI startups hold $26.8 billion in Bitcoin as collateral for loans. When Nvidia falls another 40%, those loans default, forcing $23 billion in Bitcoin sales, crashing crypto to $52,000.

The timeline is now certain. February 2026, Nvidia reports fourth quarter and reveals how many bills aged past 60 days. March 2026, credit agencies downgrade. April 2026, the first restatement. The fraud that took 18 months to build unwinds in 90 days.

Fair value for Nvidia: $71 per share. Current price: $186. The math is simple.

This is the fastest moving financial fraud in history because algorithms detected it in real time. Human investors are 90 days behind.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
