@matthew_loftus It’s arguably worse than that. Their souls were already hollow bc the previous generation didn’t fill it with anything. Except TV. Porn addiction is just the defense against realizing / confronting this. “Why am I so hollow? Because I watch so much porn? Oh thank god.”

@KhayeBhengu Maybe you’re right that no grown adult ever wants it. But all the same, grown adults will feel neglected, scared, alone, overlooked, overwhelmed by tragedies they are unrequited to handle.

Maybe you don’t want it. But if you ever find yourself needing it, I hope you get it.

I think there’s no way not to be trapped. As you get older you get more and more trapped by every decision you make. And if you don’t make decisions you get trapped by where life takes you. It’s kind of a “do you enjoy your cage or not” situation
