Probably one of the most iconic alt rock albums of the era, and it didn't disappoint. They upped the theatricalness, which should have been cringy, but they somehow pull it off. I personally slightly prefer TCFSR, mainly because this was a bit much at times but it's close.

I can see where all the praise this one gets comes from. An extremely solid album front to back, with not a single weak song. The mixing and vocals are great, but not to the point where it sounds inhuman, and the songwriting is very consistently impressive and catchy.
