Mental Health is something we all talk about and say it’s important but we have to remember to actively practice and be open to asking for help and sharing when needed. Former MLB player Drew Robinson had it all going for him and from the outside lived the perfect life, but internally struggled. It took years of pain and almost losing his life with a self inflicted gun shot to be transparent with his mental health- let’s not let it get there, don’t wait for something tragic to make a change. Check on the people around you and don’t forget to check on yourself too.

Another reminder that all of this is so much bigger than me. Forever grateful for the opportunity to speak to over 2000 students and hopefully help them learn from my mistake and lessons learned. 🖤🤍
