So make this make sense, this has bin going on over a month and no resolution or real help from anyone. Let’s see @adidasUS releases shoes and my mother wins a pair, they send it via FedEx @FedExHelp, package says delivered ! No package in sight! I check proof and see this .

This is how I sent the shoe out and this is how @eBay authentication team send it back to me . Allegedly saying they were worn when they have never been worn and they are brand new. Now I have an item back that’s not in the same condition I sent it in.
