I just want to know why @Snapchat thinks it’s okay to delete my account because I got hacked and not do anything about it to get my pictures back. I didn’t even get a warning or anything to know that my account was being hacked. You guys just terminated it. I’m so upset.

@snapchatsupport No you guys won’t. Because every time I create a ticket you reply instantly with that same exact message. And then I reply? And I get no answer. You guys never answer. I’m sick of this. I want my picture back. They mean the world to me.
