Sibling rivalry needs thoughtful handling. If ignored, kids might think you don't care. But avoid yelling or taking sides too. Parents should aim for calm, connection, and communication.

Ahmadi Muslim Honored by Prestigious U.K. University
Imperial College London, the prestigious U.K. university, recently announced that it will be naming its central library after Dr. Abdus Salam (d. 1996), the late Nobel Prize Winner and Pakistani physicist.
Dr. Salam joined Imperial College in 1957 and set up the Theoretical Physics Department. Twenty-two years later, he shared the Nobel Prize for his work in the field of electroweak unification theory.
It is worth pointing out that Dr. Salam was a devout Ahmadi Muslim. He is the first Muslim in history to win the Nobel science prize.
Unfortunately, Dr. Salam is not celebrated much in Pakistan, his native home. Many Pakistanis have never even heard of him. Few textbooks mention his incredible life story. He was a self-taught math genius who went to Oxford University.
Dr. Salam's legacy will inspire future generations to seek knowledge for the betterment of humanity. I am hoping to visit Imperial College London in the near future to pay my respects to a great scholar and human being.
