When driving in icy conditions, slow down and leave extra space between you and the vehicle ahead of you.
Allowing for extra room gives you time to brake slowly, which helps prevent your vehicle from sliding.

Winter has arrived!
When you see a snowplow, salt, or sand truck, please proceed with caution. Snow plow operators will move to the side of the road, where it is safe, to allow vehicles to pass.
