Jokic playstyle is the new adaption of the center position. The way he plays his position will be standard within 10 years.

Look at players like Kyle Filipowski and Derik Queen, even Nic Claxton. They are all below average centers but they touch the ball every play and create ultra spacing by playing the top of the key, drawing the opposing center out of the paint and opening space for real scorers to explode on cuts.

Nic Claxton has had 2 career games of 5+ assists before 2025, averaging 4.7 and 2 10+ assists games in 2026. Adapting to his position.

Kyle Filipowski had 2 games with 5+ assists last year has has had 5+ in his last 2 games and over 40% of his games since Allstar break.

Max Christie should see an increase in minutes with multiple players sitting out today. PJ, Naji and Klay. Bucks are allowing a league high average of 14.8 Threes per game. Christie is about the only somewhat consistent 3 point shooter active tonight besides Khris Middleton. Great match up in a bad game
