I understand the frustration — delays in our share reduction and the launch of Adios have tested everyone’s patience, including mine. The truth is, we’re not perfect. We’ve faced setbacks with production, licensing, and compliance — but we’re working through every one of them.

The share reduction process is active, just slower than any of us would like, as we change transfer agents and finalize several linked agreements. Some share increases you see now are tied to historical PPMs — old commitments that helped keep LTNC alive through the toughest years.

On Adios — we’re ensuring full compliance across all 50 states before launch. It’s slower, but necessary to protect our brand and shareholders long-term. Early feedback on our first run has been incredible — from bar managers to customers — and we’re close to turning on the supply chain.

We have one shot to get this right, and we’re giving it everything we have. I can’t make everyone happy, but I believe that when Adios hits the market, results will speak louder than words. Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in what we’re building. 🙏
