@LNehls5@georgewrighster Best thing to do is have a league separate from NCAA all together. Give players options to choose college or minor league system.
@JWMediaDC Lose Fsu Mia Clem Unc and gain San Diego state UConn usf Unlv….and you think the contract will remain unchanged? Notre Dame will likely terminate relationship with ACC and join Big10
Ok….FSU beat Clemson only once since 2015…but yet we don’t prioritize a legacy that’s good enough for them? Make it make sense.
I know which staff I trust more with evals
@DAMONDASH07@primediscussion If the staff was winning and evaluating well it wouldn’t be an issue…also these coaches get paid well enough to where I hope twitter comments wouldn’t be a deal breaker.
@dajaz027@DAMONDASH07 Whenever you see talented legacies commit to a rival no matter what it raises questions imo…I’m sure we will never get the full reason but still.
@DAMONDASH07 True. Just seen recent WR takes over the years and for whatever reason didn’t do enough to land a comparable legacy athletic talent…is what it is
@DAMONDASH07 Fans don’t dislike recruits. Fans dislike losing, missed evaluations, and promises of recruiting improvements that never seem to materialize. Those are two different conversations.
After landing Kennedee Jackson, the #Gators are now the only team with 4+ top-140 OL commits in the 2027 cycle
5⭐️ Maxwell Hiller -NATL. 3
4⭐️ Elijah Hutcheson -NATL. 85
4⭐️ Peyton Miller -NATL. 125
4⭐️ Kennedee Jackson -NATL. 135
Phil Trautwein has only been here for 6 months.
Funny thing is prior to Saban coaching LSU the state was not that hard to pluck from. After Saban it became turn-key instate recruiting for almost every coach since.
Rich Paul on Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen's Bulls teams:
"[Pippen] was the most impactful player on the team. If you unplug Scottie Pippen off that team, Jordan is 0-for-6."
@GabyUrrutia247 They still have the most NFL players drafted yearly…so they are still as deep just not as deep (if that makes sense) things like this comes in cycles
What’s fascinating is we hear this but teams are still spending so it can’t be much of a problem as he states.
Nothing is stopping all the schools from having a hard cap of 20.5m and using standard contract but they will never do it collectively.
