My funds are stuck with Cleva and I need answers.
Weeks ago I sent USDT to a wallet address provided by Cleva. The transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and the funds are visible in the wallet. Yet Cleva keeps telling me the money never arrived.
This makes no sense.
Transaction details are publicly verifiable and the funds are sitting in the address controlled by Cleva.
The only issue is that I mistakenly sent USDT instead of USDC. But the wallet clearly received the funds.
I have: • Contacted Cleva support
• Sent emails
• Shared the TXID
• Tagged them here
But the response is always the same: “Nothing we can do.”
If the wallet belongs to Cleva, then the funds are under their control.
At this point I’m simply asking Cleva to escalate this to their technical team and help recover the tokens sitting in their wallet.
Crypto transactions are transparent. Anyone can verify the transaction on the blockchain explorer.
I’m not asking for special treatment — just for Cleva to acknowledge the funds that clearly reached their wallet.
