@monumbra @Alpharidge_Cap Chicago Venture Partners obtained a court order that stopped $drng dividend payout. This Court order blocked the distribution of the dividends. See attached page 13 of the court order.

$DRNG had finished the preparation to distribute the stock dividends, including filing all required docs with FINRA. But, a Toxic Noteholder obtained an order/injunction to block issuances of new stocks. The dividends is thus delayed until the court lifts the restriction.

$DRNG is presently being sued by Chicago Venture Partners to force the Co to open the tap for them to convert once more. The board had resolved to not involve Co with said Note conversion. $DRNG has zero assets, zero revenue, and CAN'T REPAY THE NOTE.
