Reuters’ framing is MISLEADING.

Its report, written by Pakistani Mouth piece Mubasher Bukhari in coordination with Brown Sepoy Chandni Shah from Bengaluru, describes the two dead as “Pakistani civilians”

In reality the three were Pakistani infiltrators who crossed toward the Indian side near Tarn Taran despite repeated BSF warnings. Two were shot dead; the third retreated into Pakistan.

This is precisely how misleading narratives about India get manufactured. 🇮🇳
